What started in Bloemfontein has grown into a business serving clients across South Africa and internationally, while remaining firmly rooted in the community we call home.
From a Family Business in Bloemfontein to a Growing South African Enterprise
Xacct began in Bloemfontein in 2012 with a simple belief: good business is built on good relationships.
More than a decade later, that belief remains at the heart of everything we do.
As a family-run business, Xacct has grown by working closely with our clients, understanding their needs and finding practical solutions that help them move forward. Our services have evolved over the years, but our approach has stayed the same: personal service, professional expertise and a genuine commitment to getting the job done properly.
Today, Xacct brings together a diverse range of services, including tax and accounting, IT solutions, event access management and facilities maintenance.
Our roots remain firmly in Bloemfontein and the Free State, where we are proud to be part of the local business community. At the same time, our work has taken us well beyond our home province, with clients across South Africa and international clients in Dubai and Kazakhstan.
From farming businesses in the Free State and Western Province to organisations operating across international markets, we have had the privilege of building relationships with clients in very different industries and locations.

VERONICA STEYN
DIRECTOR | FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT
As Director and the financial accounting lead at Xacct, Veronica brings a strong focus on financial management, accounting and client relationships.
She is closely involved in the day-to-day running of the business and works with clients to understand their financial requirements and provide practical, professional support.
KOBUS STEYN
DIRECTOR | IT & OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
Kobus oversees Xacct's IT and operations, bringing together technology, systems and practical business solutions.
His role spans the operational side of the business as well as Xacct's growing range of IT solutions, helping clients make better use of technology while keeping their businesses running efficiently.
BIANCA
OFFICE SUPPORT ASSISTANT
Bianca provides valuable day-to-day office and administrative support, helping keep the business organised and ensuring that clients receive the friendly, responsive service Xacct is known for.
